3、Certificate

Can be certain of the test by CCIQ or SGS etc. CCIQ(FDA) certificate is available for free, if other Test Report is required, the relative charge will be on buyer's account

4、Barcode policy

one black/white sticker on each box is available, if more sticker is required, will re-offer price as per the size and color and quantity

5、Sample policy

Samples is free, but freight is collect

6、CLAIMS

Claims for breakages, invoice and/or despatch errors to be lodged within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods.
